Vermont Wood Fired PizzaPizzeria La Toscanella was established in 2004 by Dave Cerchio. In finding the right recipes, Dave tried all of his pizza and panini sandwiches on authentic Italians. By that standard, Dave insisted on using only the best ingredients such as Grande cheese and Stanislaus fresh crushed tomatoes.

Under new ownership in 2007, the Weinburg family has upheld the traditions of freshness and quality that Pizzeria La Toscanella was founded on. Upon rolling up their sleeves and getting to work in the kitchen, the Weinburg’s created an extended menu that can please everyone’s taste buds from sizzling baked ziti to a fresh antipasto salad to a steaming signature stromboli.
